About this service

Washing your pillows will not only preserve the integrity of the filling, preventing them from becoming flat and clumpy, but will also provide better hygiene, as pillows can accumulate dust, skin cells, sweat, and allergens.

All pillows are washed & dried according to manufacturer instructions. Any pillows with opened seams cannot be laundered, to prevent stuffing from leaking out of the covering.

A synthetic duvet can be returned within 24 hours if requested.

Due to the nature of all feather-filled items, these items take 48 hours to process before they can be returned.

Yes—we clean both synthetic and feather/down pillows, following manufacturer care labels. Pillows with damaged seams unfortunately cannot be laundered.
We use specialist stain removal where possible, though some older or set-in stains may not fully lift.
