When you book a service, you'll select your preferred collection time (morning or afternoon). Our driver will arrive during your chosen time slot to collect your items. Once processed, we'll return them back to you. You'll receive notifications before both collection and delivery.

If you won't be home, you can specify a safe place for collection or delivery in your booking notes. Alternatively, you can arrange for a neighbour to handle the exchange. If neither option works, you can easily reschedule through our booking system or by contacting our customer service team.

We sort all items by colour, fabric type, and care instructions. Our professional team checks for special care labels and treats stains individually. For dry cleaning, we use modern, gentle processes that are effective yet kind to fabrics. All items are inspected before and after cleaning to ensure quality results.

Yes, we offer express service with a 24-hour turnaround for an additional 30% fee. Same-day service is available for select areas close to our facilities, subject to a 50% express fee and booking before 9am. Please contact us directly to check availability for same-day service in your area.

Yes, we do offer home cleaning services as an add-on to our laundry service. You can book a one-off clean or schedule regular cleaning alongside your laundry collection and delivery.

To keep our collection and delivery service running smoothly for everyone, we have a minimum order value of £20. If you’re unsure whether your order will reach this amount, just pop your items in the basket and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
